Review: Shine not Burn by Elle Casey

Title: Shine not Burn
Author: Elle Casey
Published: July 1st 2013
Characters: Andrea Marks (Andie), and Gavin MacKenzie (Mack)

Summary (from Goodreads): IT HAPPENED IN VEGAS.

I can't be held responsible. Things that happen there are supposed to stay there, right? Right? Yeeeah. Not so much.

Andie's just days away from tying the knot, but there's just ooooone little glitch. Apparently, she's already married. Or someone with her name is married to a guy out in Oregon of all places, and the courthouse won't issue her a marriage license until it's all cleared up. Tripping her way through cow pies and country songs to meet up with a man who gets around places on horseback is her very last idea of how to have a good time, but if she's going to get married, make partner at the firm, and have two point five kids before she's thirty-five, she needs to get to the bottom of this snafu and fix it quick ... before her fiance finds out and everything she's been working toward goes up in flames.

Review: Well.. we all know that what happens in Vegas NEVER stays in Vegas haha.

I read this book in like 4 hours, i just couldn't put it down (actually i had to put it down a few times because i was laughing so hard at the casino parts, i literally had tears in my eyes i was laughing so hard haha). I am so happy that i decided to pick this book up, i love Vegas and stories where people get so drunk and end up married, it's just so fun to read about.

Andie: I really enjoyed reading from her pov, even though i didn't quite understand how she can keep dating these guys with terrible personalities who hate on her friends and basically don't treat her well, if anyone i was dating or about to marry said bad things about my body or my friends i would tell him off and tell him if he didn't quit it that it would be over between us.

Mack: First of all:
and second of all, because of him i have been on Goodreads all day and night looking for more and more books with cowboys! (not that i'm complaining because i have found some great ones, not as good as Shine not Burn though).

Stars: 5 out of 5 definitely, i recommend it to everyone, and all of my friends will know about this book soon because when i love a book i recommend it to everyone.

Will i reread ?: I will definitely reread this book a lot, i enjoyed it that much.
